Property Maintenance

As such, we routinely inspect our properties, paying close attention to the details that define the building's appearance. It is with this philosophy that Red Bridge Property Management supervises an in-house staff of maintenance personnel responsible for cleaning the common areas of your property as well as removing trash and recyclables.
In addition to these basic services, on an as needed basis, Red Bridge Property Management can also provide its clients with a full range of maintenance services such as pressure-washing, painting, HVAC, roofing, plumbing and electrical work.
