If something breaks in my unit, do I call Red Bridge to have it fixed?

Red Bridge has been hired to manage and maintain the common areas of your condo association's building.  Typically unit owners are personally responsible for maintaining everything from the "walls in" of their condo.  With that said, Red Bridge is a great resource if you need to have something repaired in your apartment.  Visit the Professional Partners page of our website to find service providers we highly recommend.

To whom do I make my maintenance check out?

Maintenance checks should be made payable to your condominium association. Please do NOT make the checks payable to Red Bridge Property Management as this will delay the processing of your check.

To which address should I mail my maintenance check?

Please send checks, as well as any correspondence, to Red Bridge Property Management, PO Box 65, Hoboken, NJ 07030.

Can you receive automatic debits for maintenance?

At this time Red Bridge Property Management is unable to accept direct deposits.  Instead, why not sign up for electronic payments with your bank?  They will automatically generate a check and mail it to us each month.  All maintenance fee payments must be made in the form of a check or money order.

When is my maintenance payment due?

Maintenance fees are due on the 1st of every month. To be sure your check arrives on time, set up automatic payments through your bank.

What happens if I don't pay on time?

If I am paying several months of maintenance fees, do I have to write a separate check for each month's fee?

You can just write one check for the total amount you are paying.  On the memo line of your check indicate your unit number and which months you are paying for.

Are there any rental restrictions on a property?

What is the process for moving in or out of my unit?

Email richard@redbridgeproperty.com or call 201.792.9368 for specifics on your building's moving policy.  If you have new tenants moving in, be sure to give us their name and contact phone numbers. 

How much do I currently owe for maintenance fees?
